Merry Christmas from Aspen Hill Farm

We want to wish you all a Merry Christmas! Here on the farm we are in the deep of winter with snow on the ground and this week much more to fall. Winter on the farm is cold but when the sun comes out it is glorious and we even will sit on the front porch and soak up the sun.

We wanted to give you a free recipe of one of our most favorite products we make. We only sell this locally because it weights so much and shipping is just a lot! 

Body Salt Scrub

-1 cup of pink himalayan salt

-1/4 cup plus 2 TBSP of coconut oil

-10-15 drops of essential oil

melt 1 cup coconut oil, stir in salt and essential oil, and place in a jar. 

I like to use this on my armpits, legs, feet, any dry areas.
